Simplify DefaultPopulation file naming (#305)

File names are now derived directly from the associated test name with
the encoder-specific extension. When no test name is provided, we fall
back to the population class name. This makes it easier to map tests
to their tree representations while avoiding unnecessary noise in file
names. The change is implemented both in Pyhon and C++ runtimes.
