Add ExtraDeleteIDs support for bulk message deletion

Implements a new feature where spam checkers can specify additional message IDs
to delete when spam is detected. This allows more aggressive cleanup of spam.

Key changes:
- Add ExtraDeleteIDs field to spamcheck.Response
- Update duplicate detector to track and return message IDs of all duplicates
- Modify listener to delete extra messages with rate limiting
- Add comprehensive tests for the new functionality

The duplicate detector now deletes all previous duplicate messages when the
spam threshold is reached, providing more effective spam cleanup.
