fix: correct SnapshotEnd message routing in tests (#310)

Fixed MockGateway sending wrong message type ID for TickSnapshotEnd.
Was sending wire protocol ID 17 (HistoricalData) instead of 57 (TickSnapshotEnd).
This caused SnapshotEnd messages to not be routed properly to subscriptions.

- Fixed message type ID in MockGateway from "17" to "57"
- Uncommented SnapshotEnd assertions in both sync and async tests
- All market data snapshot tests now pass correctly
