feat: Integrate Coveralls for code coverage and add version bump script

- Add `bump_version.sh` script to automate versioning based on commit messages.
- Add `DoggieEntityTest.java` for unit testing `DoggieEntity`.
- Update `README.md` with a new cover image.
- Remove `com.github.kt3k.coveralls` plugin and configure Jacoco for Coveralls in `app/build.gradle`.
- Add Mockito dependencies for testing in `app/build.gradle`.
- Update `.github/workflows/cicd.yml` to use `coverallsapp/github-action` for uploading coverage reports and adjust test command.
- Add new image asset `assets/cover.png`.
