Mapper: Remove null check at start of mapping
- Ensures the null value also passes through the usual mapping process, as is done later when a field is mapped
- This ensures consistent behavior from a direct call of #convertToBean with a type vs. later on when a field is being mapped of the same type (Optional behaved differently before)
- Makes it in sync with how values are exported: null there already passes through all leaf value handlers etc.
