rename `(read-line-from-port)` to `(read-line)`, trim trailing newline (#492)

* add r7rs (read-line) procedure

the r7rs spec says, that the return value is "a string containing all of
the text up to *(but not including)* the end of line".

* run cargo xtask docgen
