QUALIPHIDE THz raw_records (#29)

* Rename DAQReader to NX3LikeReader and add QUALIPHIDETHzReader

Replaces DAQReader with NX3LikeReader throughout the codebase and documentation for clarity and consistency. Introduces QUALIPHIDETHzReader plugin for THz detector data. Updates context creation, plugin registration, and test cases to reflect these changes. Adds timestamp_to_nanoseconds utility for improved timestamp handling.
