### What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Fixes the mistakes introduced in
[https://github.com/Ouranosinc/miranda/pull/258](url)
* Removed the entries for "P_FR0_SFC" and "P_PE0_SFC".
* Added back _corrected_units for huss, ps, psl, tdps, tas, hus, tdp AND
fixed huss and hus _corrected_units because original units are kg kg-1
and not 1. see:

* Change sweLand to snwLand. We had decided to keep the 'Land' in the
name for this variable and 'sndLand' because they solely represent snow
on land and don't take into account snow on frozen bodies of water, for
example.
* Removed _scale_factor of 0.001 from snwLand. Original units is already
kg m-2.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
No

### Other information:
* Removed the entries for "P_FR0_SFC" and "P_PE0_SFC". Initially added
them as "prfr" ("P_FR0_SFC") and "prrp"("P_PE0_SFC") but these are not
CF variables. Not sure what the corresponding variable names should be.
