Performance improvements to the transforms and the dataservice

Implemented caching mechanisms into the transforms for URLS.  Since the
processing of notifications happens as a batch if we see new data cache
the links in case there are duplicate items in subsequent notification
requests.

Update the dataservice to execute the processing of the notifications in
an asynchronous manner.  Use the ExecutorCompletionService to construct
the list of notification items to be consumed from the data service.
