feat: add comprehensive CLI command testing

- Add test coverage for init command and wizard functionality
- Add test coverage for add command with error scenarios
- Add subprocess testing for main function coverage
- Implement test seams in init.go and add.go for better testability
- Create mock patterns for interactive CLI input simulation
- Improve overall test coverage from 71.1% to 76.1%
- Improve cmd/duck package coverage from 54.2% to 68.1%

New test files:
- cmd/duck/init_test.go: Tests init command and wizard logic
- cmd/duck/wizard_test.go: Tests interactive target wizard
- cmd/duck/add_test.go: Tests add command functionality
- cmd/duck/main_test.go: Subprocess testing for main function

All tests passing with comprehensive coverage of CLI interactions.
