Fix CI security scan: add nosec directives for intentional error handling

- Added #nosec G104 directives to three os.Remove calls in cache cleanup
- These errors are intentionally ignored as cache cleanup is best-effort
- Resolves gosec exit code 1 that was failing CI security scan
- All tests still pass, functionality unchanged
