Refactored the footer layout to improve mobile layout, and added OpenJS Foundation copyright and policy links.

* Add OpenJS Foundation logo to header and improve mobile styles

Introduces the OpenJS Foundation logo to the website header with a new StyledLogo component and adds the SVG asset. Refactors header styles for better responsiveness and theme integration, including navigation link color and layout adjustments for different screen sizes. Adds navLinkColor to the theme.
