Fix MockConfigEntry to handle unexpected keyword arguments gracefully

- Add handling for 'unexpected keyword argument' errors in addition to 'missing' errors
- Dynamically remove invalid parameters and retry initialization
- Maintains compatibility with different Home Assistant versions
- Fixes the remaining 3 test failures in GitHub Actions
