refactor: Complete elimination of all PR Pilot references

BREAKING CHANGES:
- Config file: ~/.prpilot_config.yaml → ~/.prcompass_config.yaml
- Error types: PRPilotError → PRCompassError
- Function names: IsPRPilotError() → IsPRCompassError()
- Test dirs: prpilot_test → prcompass_test
- Comments and display text updated to PR Compass

Files updated:
- README.md, docs/*, DOCKER.md - config path changes
- internal/errors/* - error type renames
- internal/config/config.go - default config path
- internal/ui/utils.go - error handling function calls
- internal/auth/auth_enhanced_test.go - test function calls
- test/integration/test_runner.go - comments and temp dirs
- Makefile - config paths and cleanup patterns
