test(web): comprehensive test improvements and cleanup

- Remove useless tests that performed no assertions
- Add comprehensive test coverage for handleSortToggle handler
- Add complete test suite for template helper functions (humanTime, humanDuration, timeUntil, truncate)
- Add error path testing for template rendering
- Replace all flaky sleep-based synchronization with proper require.Eventually waits
- Fix linter issue by removing unused status parameter from render method
- Improve test coverage from 75.2% to 87.8%

All tests now pass reliably without timing dependencies and follow Go testing best practices.
