chore: update dependencies (#61)

* chore: update dependencies that require no post config. Update node.js compatible version to 24.0.0, npm to 11.0.0
* chore: update esbuild dependency, add metafile to dev build config
* chore: update vitest dependency.
  - Switch to v8 instead of istanbul for coverage reports
  - Remove ternary operator from always true condition for contextual text in aggregateDetails method
  - Add test to cover highlights without user notes
