* feat: support custom Notify and  Automation config in setting

* feat: implement mail sender functionality with notify merge support

- Added MailSenderProcessor to handle mail sending jobs using BullMQ.
- Introduced methods in MailSenderService for adding and sending merged notifications.
- Updated MailType and MailTransporterType enums for consistency.
- Enhanced LocalAuthService and InvitationService to utilize new mail types.
- Created notify-merge email template for sending grouped notifications.
- Integrated mail sending logic into NotificationService for improved email handling.
