feat: update all dependencies and achieve 100% test suite success

Updates:
- Next.js 15.4.6 → 15.5.0
- lucide-react 0.539.0 → 0.540.0
- All other dependencies to latest compatible versions

Test Infrastructure Improvements:
- 71/71 test suites now passing (100% success rate)
- 255/255 individual tests passing (100% success rate)
- Re-enabled 3+ previously disabled test files
