feat(server): embed static assets for single-binary deployment

switch from filesystem-based static file serving to embedded assets using go:embed.
this enables single-binary deployment without external dependencies.

- update embed directive to include all static assets (css, images)
- replace manual static file handler with routegroup's HandleFiles
- use fs.Sub to create proper filesystem for embedded assets
- templates were already embedded and remain unchanged
