fix: Adjust SIGINT handling logic

This commit makes two adjustments to the SIGINT handling feature based on feedback:

1. The logic to clear the interrupt flag is moved back to its original position, after the end-of-file check on stdin.
2. A `flush()` call is added after printing the newline when an interrupt is handled. This ensures the feedback is immediately visible to the user.
