feat: Add requested format and original URL to response locals

Set `requestedFormat` and `originalUrl` on `res.locals` in MediaStreamImageRESTController before handling stream or fallback. This enables downstream middleware or handlers to access the requested image format and original resource URL for further processing or logging.
