feat: enhancements and bug fixes

- Add engine `ErrServiceTerminated` to prevent retry on stop
- Add `app.fs.path.run` option for Runtime directory
- Make `EngineSettings` blueprint a pointer
- Enable session to release OS signals to caller
- Set `-x` long name to `show-exec` in CLI
- Add checks for non-running service containers
- Add `SetFullStartAddr` to configure service address in service info
- Enhance service config to enable retry-policy configuration
