pre_ss: refactor (#140)

* **New mixed scaler type classes** that support mixed or chained scaling.

  * `SuperSamplerProcess` and `ComplexSuperSamplerProcess`:

    * Perform upscaling with `vsaa.SuperSampler` and `vskernels.ComplexScaler`, respectively.
    * Perform downscaling with `Point`.
    * Preserve the original pixels in the upscaled image.
    * Special thanks to **Chortos** for help with the shifting calculations.
* **New utility functions** such as `is_scaler_like`, `is_kernel_like`, and others.
