[CI] Used Emscripten 4.0.0 in the CI

- It is necessary in order to use C++20, as the bundled Clang doesn't recognize many C++20 features that fastgltf already attempts to use
  - It has been also tested with the 3.1.70 which also works, but the 4.0.0 makes for a nice milestone
