Implement the `--wizard` mode (#11)

*  Use direct words `--prime`/`--check`/`--wizard`/`--graph` instead of `--run_mode *`.
*  Use `TermColer` to colorize wizard.
*  Use `RunMode` enum item value for the arg instead of its enum item name.
*  Rename `AbstractStateNode` -> `StateNode`.
*  Implement `report_success_status` via `StateNode`.
*  Add `WizardStage` arg.
*  Split `EnvContext` and `StateGraph`.
*  Refactor: `field_env_project_rel_path_to_extras_dict` -> `field_env_build_root_dir_rel_path`.
*  Spec: `UC_27_40_17_59.replace_by_new_and_use_old.md`.
*  Spec: `UC_10_80_27_57.extend_dag.md`.
*  Register all `EnvState`-s states into default `StateGraph` generically.
*  Remove `populate_dependencies` and `dependency_edge`-s.
