Improving LLM string parsing. (#64)

* improve parsing and downweight certain @info calls

* formatting and small issues

* update julia version

* missing import

* formatting again

* reduce precision to avoid bound errors

* corner case added binop to options.unary negation is interpreted as 0 - x

* replace f16 with f32

* updating hard parser with better checks

* cleanup tests

* correcting more parsing issues

* update dependencies
