refactor: improve dimension matching with labeled matchers and error handling

- Update syntax for labeled matchers, changing `:` to `=`.
- Extend validation to enforce label constraints during shape unpacking.
- Enhance error messaging to reflect updated matcher and constraint logic.
- Remove outdated `test_panic_msg` test for cleaner test suite.
