Documentation for bimm-contracts; change func names. (#80)

* Add `indoc` dependency, implement additional `ShapeArgument` trait, and improve `README` with benchmarks and examples.

rename: ShapeContract::maybe_* to ShapeContract::try_*

* Update `README` and `lib.rs` for clarity, add benchmarks, examples, and expand macro documentation.
