- Improve __main__.py coverage from 83% to 100%
  * Add comprehensive CLI tests using Click testing utilities
  * Test all CLI arguments, environment variables, and execution paths

- Improve management_socket.py coverage from 83% to 100%
  * Add tests for DataclassJSONEncoder edge cases
  * Test error handling in serialization and server operations
  * Add comprehensive tests for new get commands and collection lookups
  * Test exception handling for general server errors

- Improve operator.py coverage from 65% to 100%
  * Add tests for setup_resource_watchers function
  * Add tests for initialize_configuration function
  * Add tests for run_operator_loop with shutdown and reload scenarios

- Improve config.py coverage from 55% to 97%
