fix: Enable coverage collection in tox unittest execution

Fixed GitHub Actions coverage report generation by modifying tox.ini
to run tests with coverage collection enabled.

Changes:
- Modified tox.ini line 27: python -m unittest -> coverage run -m unittest
- Tests now collect coverage data during execution
- coverage lcov report generation now works correctly
- Local testing shows 57% coverage with detailed line/branch data

This fixes the "No data to report" error in GitHub Actions coverage step.
