* Allow environment variables when specifying trickops comparison data files #1938

Python has a built in function os.path.expandvars that automatically handles
environment variables.  Used this call on the test and baseline file names
when creating a new Trickops comparison instance.

Updated the documentation to mention environment variables are allowed.

* Updated TrickOps.md to add  missing entries in the table of contents and updated the links to match what are auto-generated by GitHub.
