Refactor tensor data access in `burn` module and adjust worker count … (#62)

* Refactor tensor data access in `burn` module and adjust worker count in `swin_tiny` pipeline

- Replaced repetitive `maybe_get` and `unwrap` logic with `expect_get_ref` for cleaner and safer tensor data handling in `burn` module.
- Reduced number of workers in `swin_tiny` example from 8 to 2 for optimized resource usage.

* Adjust augmentation probabilities, sampling strategy, and oversample ratio in `swin_tiny`

- Removed `VerticalFlipStage` from the image augmentation schema.
- Increased `HorizontalFlipStage` probability to 50% and reduced Gaussian blur probability to 10%.
- Updated `oversample_ratio` default to 1.5.
- Switched dataset sampling from replacement to non-replacement method.
