Evaluate expressions to NULL when any operand is NULL (#1685)

This change refactors SQL expression evaluation logic to handle NULL values more explicitly, especially for equality, BETWEEN, IN, and logical operations. It introduces new tests for NULL semantics, BETWEEN, and IN list expressions, and adds utility methods to the evaluator. The test suite is expanded to cover these cases.
