Fix failing tests in storage module

- Fix standard Redis operations test by removing VERCEL env variable during test
- Update mock method names to match standard Redis client (sAdd, sMembers, sIsMember)
- Ensure proper cleanup and restoration of VERCEL env after tests
- All 36 storage tests now passing
