feat: add support for numeric keys in TOML parser

- Implemented parsing of numeric keys in inline tables and table paths.
- Updated the parser to handle IntegerToken as valid keys, converting them to strings.
- Enhanced test coverage for numeric keys, including inline tables and table headers.
- Updated relevant tests to reflect changes in expected outcomes for numeric keys.

This update improves compliance with TOML specifications regarding key formats.
