Refactor lexer number parsing methods for improved clarity and functionality

- Updated `read_number`, `read_hex_number`, `read_octal_number`, and `read_binary_number` methods to utilize pattern matching for better readability.
- Simplified loops for digit processing and enhanced handling of underscores in number literals.
- Improved error handling and reporting for invalid characters during number parsing.
