test: fix fuzzer after after box_index_arrow_stream API change

In the EE commit `11ee8eeffee7` ("arrow: disable force_view_types stream
option by default") the stream creation API in helper is changed. Now
5-th argument is table with options. Let's adopt fuzzer to this change.
