chore: update dependencies and improve code structure

- Added Quokka as a plugin in .formatter.exs for enhanced formatting.
- Updated the `splode` dependency version in mix.exs from 0.2.1 to 0.2.9.
- Refactored code in various modules to improve readability and maintainability, including:
  - Removed redundant alias declarations and simplified function definitions.
  - Enhanced error handling and logging in signal processing.
  - Streamlined signal filtering logic in bus stream handling.
