Use unicorn on macOS w/ SIP enabled (#2593)

* __ensure_memory_to_run_unicorn: don't request wx memory

macOS systems with SIP enabled prohibit mmaping WX memory.
unicorn doesn't run into this issue because it uses the MAP_JIT
protection flag.
