Merge PR #1: Chunk Inputs

Adds CLI flag --chunk-size to CLI command redeem-utxos so that the set of UTXOs that the wallet manages, is divided into chunks of the given size, before each chunk is redeemed individually. As a result, the node produces several .redeem files (not one) but has less proof work for each of them.
