Fix bugs for geometry and geography datatypes (#3995)

This commit contains the following fixes:

- Fix CAST from Geometry/Geography to Varchar/Char/Varbinary

- Add Cast from Geometry/Geography to Binary

- Fix Input datatype for STGeomFromText() and STPointFromText() functions

- Fix Return datatype for STAsText() and STAsBinary() functions

- Fix NULL input handling for STGeomFromText(), Point() and STPointFromText() functions

- Update PostGIS and Proj versions according to gitfarm

- Update ReadMe file with updated PostGIS and Proj versions
