Don't abort with a 409 if there is already an existing session during regular login flow, just redirect back to referrer.
Fix auth regression in Deriva augmentation provider where if a session key was present in the request, it was not being used anymore. Now the session key from the request will be used, if present, otherwise we look for it in `g.session_key`.
