Fix and improve the serializer in the HTML example (#293)

The previous serializer still assumed that lexer rules might contain
additional tokens, which led to incorrect handling of style, script,
and xml tag tokens. This patch correctly treats them as single tokens.
Additionally, it eliminates the use of the inner closure-based walk function.
