feat: add encrypt command for Secrets

- Add new encrypt command that encripta los campos data y stringData de los Secrets
- Reuse existing EncryptFields logic from export process
- Add comprehensive tests for both encrypt and decrypt commands
- Support same parameters as decrypt command (--aes-key and env var)
- Only encrypt Secret resources with data/stringData fields
- Improve doEncrypt function to avoid re-encrypting already encrypted values

The encrypt command provides the inverse functionality to decrypt,
allowing users to encrypt previously exported Secret files using
the same configuration and logic as the export process.
