refactor(backend filesystem): Refactor to access to a delegated filesystem wrapper pattern.

Improve code organization by encapsulating JSON schema operations
within a dedicated FilesystemJSONWithSchema class.

- Replace direct vehicle_components attribute with vehicle_components_fs.data for data access
- Delegate JSON operations (load, save, validate) to the new filesystem wrapper
- Update all references throughout the codebase to use the new pattern
