IGVF-2891 Limit report columns from 120 to 80 to avoid 403 errors (#852)

* Update npm packages.
* Change maximum number of visible columns from 120 to 100. Add debugging console.log.
* Change the maximum number of columns from 100 to 80.
* Remove debugging code.
* Revert all changes to column-selector.js.
* Revert npm package updates.
* Revert marked-react update because it includes a major change to their marked package that breaks our Jest tests. Update Docker Cypress version to match new version in build.
* Trim the columns to fit within the new 80-column limit.
* Update Cypress test for new column count.
* Update eslint-config-prettier version as previous updated version rescinded.
* Revert addition of debugging line from nextjs Dockerfile.
* Update ESLint config so that `cy` is defined and `it` doesn’t require an `expect` statement. Convert jest.config.js to a module file. Update comments.
* Fix problem of selecting on column results in all default columns becoming selected.
* Update Jest test for updated parameters to `updateAllColumnsVisibilityQuery()`
