Compute XX and YY just once

* src/LombScargle.jl: `XX' in `_lombscargle_orig' and `YY' in
  `_generalised_lombscargle' were included inside the loop over all
frequencies, but they need to be calculated only once.
* test/runtests.jl: Test the result with uncertainties for 10 different
  frequencies, instead of 5.  Note: the second test (with
  "fit_mean=false")  was successfull also with 5 points, but the one
  with "fit_mean=true" failed.
