* Added add(), remove(), add_relationship(), and remove_relationship() to CollectionType

Added attached_objects and relationships to CollectionType

Added generate ids functions to entities.py

Added testing for new functions in entities.py

* Fixed mypy by adding defs to entities.py

Commented out mypy checks
