Implement ProxyMesh proxy support for Vercel deployment

- Add https-proxy-agent package for HTTP proxy support
- Configure fetch-reddit.js to use ProxyMesh when PROXYMESH_URL is set
- Update debug.js to test ProxyMesh connection
- Add test script for ProxyMesh verification
- Remove non-working proxy services (AllOrigins, corsproxy, proxy.cors.sh)

Users need to set PROXYMESH_URL environment variable in Vercel:
PROXYMESH_URL=http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@us-ca.proxymesh.com:31280
