Add proxy support for Reddit API on Vercel

Reddit blocks Vercel's IP addresses (403 Forbidden). This commit adds:
- AllOrigins proxy service when running on Vercel
- Debug endpoint now tests with proxy when on Vercel
- Proxy is only used in production, not local development

This should fix the issue where fetching posts works locally but not on Vercel.
